5. Fees and Payments

  • Easy Online Reviews offers subscription plans for businesses and agencies. Details of these plans can be found on our pricing page.
  • Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe.
  • All prices are displayed in GBP unless otherwise specified and are exclusive of VAT where applicable.
  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis unless cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
  • Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
  • Lifetime subscriptions are non-refundable once payment is made.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, software, and trademarks on the Easy Online Reviews website are owned by or licensed to SaaSMation. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. Data and Privacy

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • SaaSMation is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Easy Online Reviews may include links to or integrate with third-party tools such as Google Analytics. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or functionality of third-party services.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Easy Online Reviews if:

  • You breach these Terms.
  • Your account is used for unauthorised or harmful purposes.

Termination of services does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations.

12. Changes to Terms

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
